2000: The Grocery Bag Killer is finally arrested
When Robert Yates was arrested in Spokane, Washington, for the murder of 16-year-old Jennifer Joseph, his father and sisters released a statement.
“Bobby is a loving, caring, sensitive son; a fun-loving and giving brother; an understanding, generous and dedicated father, who enjoys playing ball, fishing and camping with his kids,” they said. “Bobby is the type of person you would want to have as your best friend.”
